SoundhiveAfrica collaborated with the Chale Kasa team on an event called the blk gala during the year of return celebration in Ghana which was used as a medium to bridge the gap between Africa and the diaspora in order for the diasporan community to connect with their roots. The event was centered on the promotion of the cultural activities which had African dance, poetry, arts fashion and music. The team at soundhive Africa curated a space for a silent disco for guests to listen to some distinguishing African music as well as enjoy some performances from acts we put on the bill. O.L  gave the audience a smooth and entertaining performance to start of with the night and our DJs gave our guests a night of their lives with the silent disco.
