I am a driven UX Researcher with a passion for making world class products that people can actually use. My claims to fame include a product that won Best in Show at CES and being co-creator of the Centuar Model of Artificial Intelligence.

- I have worked for 3 of the largest design agencies in the world: Proxicom, Razorfish, and Saatchi & Saatchi.
- I have 8+ years experience in the 4 core areas that compose the discipline of User Experience: Research, Strategy, Content, and Design.
- My portfolio includes more than 4 dozen enterprise companies including Exxon Mobil, T. Rowe Price, Southern California Edison, and Toyota.
- I am an Eagle Scout, Hokie, Judoka, and recovering addict.
- Prior to become a UX Researcher I performed as a UX Architect, UX Designer, and Director of User Experience.
- Outside of tech, I have spent a third of my career working in restaurants. To recharge and meet new people, I occasionally pick up shifts as a bartender or barista.
