I was hired by an experience agency to meet with a new client in the pharmaceutical space. Basically, we were talking a legacy system that used emails and SharePoint - to manage a complex quality assurance process - and introducing digital automation. My role was to lead the Customer Discovery phase of this project. 


Over 6 weeks, I led their team through a number of workshops as part of discovery. We used traditional discovery techniques - like white boarding - and newer techniques like collaborative game play.


Basically, I used empathy and science to extract and understand requirements . The cover slide is a picture of me leading and moderating a Discovery Workshop.
