Delivered a project
What an exciting project! Over the past few months we worked with the leadership of Lufthansa Group to develop solutions for post-COVID challenges, and discussed our recommendations directly with CEO Carsten Spohr.

In close collaboration with Carsten Wirths, we addressed how Customer Servicing needs to transform to stay ahead in a highly competitive market in which flight capacity exceeds demand.

The highlight of our journey was a look behind the scenes of the Flight Operations Center and Lufthansa Technik. It is mind-blowing how much resources and man hours go into maintaining such a high tech fleet of aircrafts during a pandemic crisis like this.👩🏽‍🔧🛫
