Defined a Product Strategy

I recently had the opportunity to lead a team tasked with deciding on a digital platform service solution to support modern software development in the electromagnetic spectrum warfare space.

Our team conducted deep-dives into various digital platform service solutions, including PlatformOne/Party Bus, All-Domain Common Platform, VMWare, Azure, and CloudOne. Through this process, we were able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each solution and make an informed decision. Ultimately, we steered the US Air Force towards a specific solution because of its ability to meet our unique needs and requirements.

In addition to this, I also identified gaps in knowledge and capabilities of our clients. To bridge these gaps, I worked with my team to create and compile content that would help our clients get from where they are today to where they want to be tomorrow. This is an important part of our work, as we strive to empower our clients to achieve success and drive innovation in their respective fields.

Overall, this was an incredibly rewarding experience. My role is to identify and evaluate solutions that meet our unique needs and requirements. Through our work, we were able to make an informed decision that will help drive success and innovation in the electromagnetic spectrum warfare space.
