Operationally responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of key client experience initiatives to ensure the satisfaction and retention of vcpi clients.

Manage Client Relations Specialist team members by providing direct support, oversight, guidance, and performance management.

Participate and lead annual client strategy and road-mapping sessions. Work with the account managers thereafter to ensure progress, understand roadblocks and support those findings in at least quarterly discussions with the client. In some cases, these conversations may be monthly.
