Previously led the implementation of a phone dialing system to outreach to the member base for expanding communications from 1 method to 3 methods. Additionally, gaining functionality with blended dialing (inbound and outbound). Increase production by nearly 50% since associates can take inbound and outbound. 

Lead cross-functional teams to stay on track with the implementation plan. While intently monitoring the data from several campaigns to determine cross campaign best practices. Delivered data dashboards to assist executive leadership in promoting and telling the story of department efforts.
