Looking to transfer technical ownership of a profitable side project

Looking for someone to take over the development of a money generating mobile app (Vocular). There are plenty of plans for another related app, along with new features and capabilities for the existing app. I don't have the time to develop these though, unfortunately. The app has been developed using Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin Forms and is currently listed on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
