I'm a digital artist, 2D animator and spec fic author from the central hills of Sri Lanka. I graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) Malaysia in 2016 and worked in animation/advertising for several years, including Wunderman Thompson, where I created everything from comics to stop-motion animation for some of Sri Lanka's biggest companies—Sri Lanka Telecom, Pepsi, Lipton, MAS Holdings, Sri Lankan Airlines, Hatton National Bank and more.

Since the pandemic, I've been working for both local and international clients while developing my own IPs. My creative universe is made of quirky art, animation and speculative fiction stories. My YA sci-fi novel, Komoreby, was shortlisted for the Watty Awards 2022, a story contest with over 40,000 entries. All of my story projects are crafted with whimsical characters, original artwork and worldbuilding based on research and real science. In 2023, my painting won first place under Digital Art in the Multimedia Competition organized by NIBM Sri Lanka and Xeylonex. I also have a chibi, goth art brand, Darkenlolly, with merch stores on Redbubble and Society6.

In the past ten years, I've been using my free time to volunteer my skills extensively in the fields of environmentalism, animal welfare and sustainability—especially in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Australia. When I'm not drawing, animating, volunteering or crafting stories, I usually geek out over anime, video games or funky science.
