It may be the off-season for track, but that doesn't mean my training stops! It's important to stay in shape, heal any past injuries, and work on my weaknesses as an athlete during the summer! I love creating workout spreadsheets for myself to follow when I'm not training at school! Here's a snapshot of the training I do in a typical week! Mon/Wed/Fri are lifting days, Tues/Thurs/Sat are running days, and Sunday is rest, recovery, and rehab!
