I accomplished building up a testing team from 10 individual Test Engineers. I was able to organize them into one team. I improved the testing processes and created new processes. I implemented regression cycles and organized the functional test cycles. I explored and eliminated the problems that caused slow and ineffective test executions. I introduced new testing technics and new ways to document the found bugs. I coached and motivated the Test Engineers to enhance their knowledge. I implemented and launched test automation within one of the most important projects of the firm. The firm’s customer also recognized the change and gave back very good feedback on my performance.
