- 27 years experience at the several steps of Supply Chain,, like logistics (3yrs), procurement (3yrs), purchasing (7yrs), Incoming Quality (8 yrs), Supplier Development & SQA (6yrs)

- Leadership Jourmey & Coaching,, by leading 45 staff (incl. int'l engineers) by using the power of TALENT MANAGEMENT, also certified trainer for technical issues (process audit,etc), personel coaching in & out company.

- Amateur sailor on boat :), selbst Deutsch lernen, um das Gehirn zu trainieren, self learning Phyton :)
