Hello, my name is Tanner. I recently finished a masters degree in educational studies and I am looking to begin a career in research and policy. I also have a bachelors in secondary education and a bachelors in political science. My passion is in equity, justice and sustainability work and my expertise is in education policy and research. I love writing, analysis, research and D&D. I believe in advocacy, being an ally, undoing systemic social, political and economic inequality and addressing the climate crisis with sustainable policy reform and innovation. I have ADHD and feel strongly that we need to be open, honest and compassionate about mental health, it's hard out here and everyone is coping as best we can. Peace ✌️
