Closed three more high-profile clients

In the previous highlight, I explained how I shed a limiting belief around pricing for our services. Well, within two months I was able to close deals with three more clients to prove that. 

Besides the price, I also realized that our service delivery takes time; especially for the best outcomes. I used to promise timelines that were unreasonable because they obscured the complexity and caused delays instead. Now, I was more comfortable with pitching three to six-month timelines. 

Realizing this was super helpful for setting good expectations with clients and our team (yes, we now have a team — more on that in another highlight). 

Anyway, those three clients were Blank Street, Loop, and CommerceHub, all of which were well-known for one thing or another. Adding these logos to our website further added to our social proof and enabled us to win more high-profile deals. This is our website showcase as of today (Nov 24, 2022)Â
