Seeking a small team that wants to:
- strengthen self-regulation
- grow connectedness

- incorporate trauma-informed best practices
What you get:
- 6 one hour sessions tailored to your needs
- trainings on mind-body principles, the nervous system, polyvagal theory, trauma informed practices, creativity, etc.
- somatic practices for the workplace and everywhere else
- movement and self-care practices to counteract work-related tension
- tools to track the results of coaching

- Your commitment to showing up and applying the tools learned
- Regular feedback via tracking system

- willing and able to apply somatic tools and report results weekly

- 25 years experience in the wellness and caregiving industries
- lived experience with trauma, neruodivergence, and disability and the benefits of somatic therapies for these and other conditions
