Having made significant strides at Labstep, I expanded my skillset and explored management by joining intuo.io (now part of Unit4), a larger organisation. There, I developed features to empower managers to enhance their teams' performance, motivation, and growth. As the lead product manager for Unit4's talent management suite, I managed a team of product managers and shaped the strategic roadmap. Currently, I'm the head of product for Stellar Labs, leading a dynamic team committed to creating cutting-edge learning and development solutions.
