I published my working notes for my web dev and engineering learning. I used
Obsidian and
Obsidian Publish.
Obsidian is an extremely flexible alternative to
Roam Research and the nicest thing about it is that the database is
just a bunch of text files.
I got the idea from
swyx and his
Learn In Public ethos for becoming a better software engineer.
Using a Public Notes Stack for Accountability and Reflection
I will often use my developer blog for more thoughtful and structured content around my learning process but I find having a place where the fragments around the learning process are essential to seeing my own growth as an engineer.
Using the Obsidian Graph you can jump around to see the interconnection between different ideas and different concepts which I made public in my notes over at
tiff's notes.
Give those notes a look. There are some directories not just for development but for
math and
electronics as well.
