Led a team of 15 developers, designers, devops, and Customer Success

At that time, the tool did not have any users or customers. I kicked off a redesign and a re-thinking of strategy to focus on three things
  • Refining the value proposition so it is simple to understand.
  • Focusing our attention on the user experience and using data to back up our decisions and validate our hypotheses.
  • Putting our product KPIs and our data front and center with our stakeholders.
