I'm a psychologist, long-standing consultant and educator. I teach in the Master's in Branding program at NYC's School of Visual Arts, and work with clients on bringing customer lived-experience into product development and branding. I also study the world of human-robot interaction. I co-host two podcasts, RoboPsych Podcast and BrandBox.
