Recently, I was reading a fantastic book by Ramli John called Product-Led Onboarding. Ramli shares onboarding best practices in the book, and one of the tips got my attention specifically. 

Some of the world’s most successful tech startups show a founder’s welcome video for newly invited users. For example, a colleague might invite users to a new web application without giving much context and advice. A welcome message and a quick tutorial of the basics can make the new users feel more welcome and help them succeed.
