Great design is never a solo endeavor. It takes a team that operates as one and can pivot seemingly at random to solve any and all problems.

As a leader I fill the role of a support player. I'm here to empower the team and make sure that every single person feels valued, and know that they matter. My goal is not only to produce excellent work, but to build a team that cares about the work just as much as they care about each other.
