DASHcon 2020: Zero Downtime Deployments

This presentation gives a high level overview of how an SRE team could set up environments for developers to be able to do everything from creating a new project to making changes to large existing ones *without* having to involve anyone else OR log in to anything to make changes to any deployment systems to issue commands themselves. They are exposed to exactly the amount of control that they desire, whether that's extremely fine-grained or "just put my app somewhere so that I can see it run".
