Hey this is me, writing my first experience as a intern. it was 2020 completed my Internship at Cognizant on Service Now technology since we were interns we knew only what they taught, in the beginning we couldn't think of the technology very much as like other ServiceNow developer, my colleagues are started doing research on what is this technology whether we will have good future  with it. I was quite thrilled to understand what this technology is doing and how come companies like Cognizant is earning money from it how the whole working with client works so we had very much good  on the technology, we aren't so sure of what this technology is doing and how we are getting paid by the company we work for and also we don't know what we need to do to become good professional at what we are doing, we used to have some leadership connect which Iove participating in them just to ask one question what we should be doing to become a good professional I think I have asked the same question to get some different thoughts from different good leaders in company, I knew it will come with experience but I was very eager to know about other experiences
Those experiences really helped me to figure out what we should be doing and it just gave me some path where I was not known on which path I should be on for my future.
I think those conversations helped me on getting good clarity on what industry expects from me and what I should be providing to it.
