During my tenure as a Volunteer with USP, I had the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event. My primary responsibility was to provide exceptional care and assistance to Singaporeans and other foreign delegations attending the event. One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of my role was managing a diverse and energetic crowd of nearly 4,000 students. This required excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations seamlessly. I also had the privilege of collaborating with a range of companies, firms, and institutions associated with the event. These partnerships included prestigious names such as Tulas Institute Dehradun, Informatics Singapore, Uttranchal College of Bio-Medical Science and Hospitality Dehradun, AIMST University, NANYANG Institute of Management Singapore, RIMS, Internet Profits, and Taneja Opticals Dehradun. My experience as a volunteer allowed me to hone my leadership abilities, enhance my interpersonal skills, and develop a deep appreciation for the importance of teamwork in executing large-scale events. It was truly a transformative experience that enriched my professional journey.
