Matchbox finally launched our newly designed site! It's been in the works for a while and we were so excited to finally push it live.
The Tech Stack
The new site is built on a brand new custom WordPress theme that uses a Sage boilerplate with a Bedrock structure. We used Tailwind CSS for rapid CSS structuring. The site includes a plethora of custom Gutenberg blocks built with Advanced Custom Fields, allowing for dynamic and flexible layouts, including custom Work and Team Member pages!
My Role
I developed the functionality, structure, and style for practically all of the Gutenberg blocks you can see on the homepage and work pages. Developing these blocks was a ton of fun, and they provided some interesting layout and interactivity challenges.
