I coach tech CEOs and founders, post series A and scaling up. I help them develop leadership presence, figure out people ops and culture and set the infrastructure and process to scale. 

I also design manager trainings, facilitate strategic planning and company wide off-sites. 
I'm involved with the city of London's LEP entrepreneurship program and currently partner with PlugNPlay, Founders Institute and Newchip, supporting growth companies in their cohorts in various verticals. Besides with entrepreneurs I've worked with leaders at Citibank, Estée Lauder, Youtube, IBM.
