Joined jury at Post-Victory Ukraine Startup Pitch Competition - a great initiative by Anna Shepelenko and Cem Ergün-Müller as part of Startupnight.
There were a number of startups that applied with ideas and solutions on how they can help in rebuilding Ukraine. Three made it to the final and Boreal Light GmbH won the pitch competition.
They are building off-grid-capable solar-enabled water desalination and cleaning systems and are already in the progress of setting up a pilot in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
