Most of the time, people are so close to the work in front of them that can’t see beyond the hedge of their own perspectives. That’s where I come in.

As a professional neurodivergent with an insatiable curiosity for patterns, people, and the psychology of success, I bring a fresh perspective. I’m an outside-the-box-thinker, architect of ideas, advocate of change, and jack of all trades.

My story is a bit unconventional. I have built a wealth of knowledge through my career, beginning as a graphic designer, on to corporate recruiting, starting my own retail brand alongside my day job, being promoted into an international HR role, and now focusing on associate experience, benefits, total rewards, and cultural competency.

Self-taught in most, professionally guided in all.
