Last week I left my job as the Sr Director of Digital Media and Community at H2O.ai. While I loved my teammates on marketing it had been clear to me for some time that it was not a good culture fit for me. 

That was part of the reason I left, but the other big part was that I have decided it was time to stop talking about what I was going to do someday and start doing it. 

To that end, I finished the first draft of my book and am now working through the second draft in hopes of getting it to an editor. 

I also am making my company my full time focus, but more on that when I am ready to do a huge launch and take on more customers!

Other than that I continue to teach Crisis Communications at the University of Washington part time. 

Big news all around for me and I am super excited.
