A really important milestone. Finished version one of my departments OKRs. 
Next steps are to automate as much as possible in terms of tracking and reporting and make it easy to adjust to these new rules. 

Then it's a game of feedback and learning. Then improve the system. Refine, update and, as a result, reach v2.
