Sonic Identity for FUIB Online

Released an audio brand
Hooray! I am happy to show you what cool things we've created for First Ukrainian International Bank Online! 🔴


First of all, a moment of huge gratitude to the FUIB Online team for the great experience, opportunities, courage, and initiative. This is one case where our values align with the client's, and it's insanely cool!


So here's to the cool stuff:

🔴 We did audio research on the mobile banking market and its audience;

🔴 developed an audio concept;

🔴 compiled auditory mood boards;

🔴 used them to create several versions of the brand's audio DNA;

🔴 together with the FUIB Research Lab, tested the effectiveness of these DNAs on the target audience;

🔴 got top data (one of the demos showed 9/9 hits in the right associations 🤯);

🔴 based on DNA, developed a sound identity for the FUIB Online app (and tested it on TA too);

🔴 We created the music of holding on the call-center line.


As a result, FUIB Online became one of Ukraine's first products with a system of brand audio assets. We hope that this is only the beginning and that the sound of FUIB will scale, be recognizable throughout Ukraine and reinforce the rest of its communication.


And, of course, we prepared a very interesting case on our website, where we described every stage of the work in detail and showed the final results.Â
