With a recent addition of Unattended Installs for Umbraco (not using a UI to auto install) was causing problems as you were not able to setup the default admin user.

This PR was a joint effort from my colleague Nikolaj Lauridsen at Umbraco HQ where we made it possible to define the admin user credentials.
