For me, successful projects start with an excellently coordinated team and end with an enthusiastic customer. I live this in my many years as a manager in the localization industry in small, but also especially in large and multinational companies.
Localization is not just translation, but the interaction and adaptation of technical, contextual and visual components. This is the only way for products and services to survive successfully in today's market. It doesn't matter whether the client and the project are large or small, the individual project components have to be actively organized.
