Decoupled Sonobuoy from Kubernetes
Sonobuoy is a diagnostic tool that makes it easier to understand the state of a Kubernetes cluster by running a choice of configuration tests in an accessible and non-destructive manner.
Historically, releases of Sonobuoy are 1:1 with Kubernetes releases to ensure the tests are aligned with features in a release. Through iteration of refactoring the project and working with the Kubernetes community, we were able to decouple the two for better maintainability for both parties.
