Improved the performance of speed critical site by 40% 
From TTFB to  First Contentful Paint and total load time passing by TTI.
This site handles about 10 millon page views par day.

Core product had a TTI of 8 seconds
Broke the app into 2 micro services to handle different loads
Hand off to the server to handle the more intensive loads 
Differential and critical loading on client (for different browsers and versions)
while planning the re-structure 
Load time improved to 3 seconds
