Great design solves problems.

I'm passionate about using design thinking and user-centered methodologies to solve real business and user problems. My carefully refined process is strategic, collaborative, iterative, and most importantly - flexible. This, combined with strong research, design, and empathy skills, drives products forward and gets results.

Much of my previous experience has been with internal and B2B applications. I enjoy use my love of learning to dive deep into an industry and craft experiences that are suited to niche industries and employee roles.

Worked on a project
A once small and linear workflow had become too complex for its clean and simple web application. By identifying and designing for the many moving parts that affected the workflow, key steps were converted to complex interactions while retaining the user experience. This allowed employees to operate at their max, with control and flexibility.

+ 1
Faciliated a product roadmap workshop - remotely.
Remote definitely has its challenges, but I learned a lot along the way about keeping participants engaged and staying laser focused on the goal. Our tech stack was Miro/Zoom, which worked out really well.

After 3 sessions, we came out with a beautiful and polished 6 month roadmap. Our team was able to work smoothly and confidentally, and stakeholders knew they could trust us to get real work done.
