I'm passionate about using design thinking and user-centered methodologies to solve real business and user problems. My carefully refined process is strategic, collaborative, iterative, and most importantly - flexible. This, combined with strong research, design, and empathy skills, drives products forward and gets results.

Much of my previous experience has been with internal and B2B applications. I enjoy use my love of learning to dive deep into an industry and craft experiences that are suited to niche industries and employee roles.
