Remote definitely has its challenges, but I learned a lot along the way about keeping participants engaged and staying laser focused on the goal. Our tech stack was Miro/Zoom, which worked out really well.
After 3 sessions, we came out with a beautiful and polished 6 month roadmap. Our team was able to work smoothly and confidentally, and stakeholders knew they could trust us to get real work done.
