Alongside our CEO, I spoke at the League of American Orchestras national conference to discuss the work the NHSO has done through the Harmony Fellowship for Underrepresented Musicians, Administrators, Conductors, and Board Members. It was a great opportunity to hear what our colleagues nationwide are doing to improve equity throughout all our organizations.
