As a 37 year old mother of two I'm working as Head of Marketing at the software company PEIQ that supports the digital transformation of newspapers. Besides my leadership tasks I do classic marketing as mailings (online and offline), SEM, take care of our webseite, press work. And I'm responsable for our HR work as well (intern & extern). In the past I've also worked as community and account manager and had setup-projects introducing online and editorial software portals for newspapers).
