Project team leader and later took over as PI for Andrew W. Mellon Foundation grant "Leveraging GLAM Assets in Research, Teaching, and Learning: Mellon Faculty Fellowships to Advance Library- Museum Collaboration." 

This program used "Mellon funding to provide incentives and direct support for UO faculty members who want to collaborate with the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art and the Libraries to incorporate library/museum assets into their teaching and research." 

I helped hire, train, and supervise the post-doctoral scholars who directed these projects; assisted with the selection, building, launch, and long-term management of said projects; and have managed the no-cost extension and re-allocation for the grant to perform user experience testing, accessibility enhancement, and virtual conference planning and execution.
