As you may know, missing key clauses in a contract may leave both the freelancer and the client unprotected from unwanted events. Nice idea. Could've used basic legal review of contracts a number of times, but it would've had to have worked with local law. That problem seems like a tough part to crack.

There may be pushback because there is no specific "legal" team to properly check the contract to see what it's missing or needed.
