Beta testing opportunity
Hi everyone!
My team and I are building contract review services for anyone who needs help with vetting terms & conditions before signing. As you may know, missing key clauses in a contract may leave both the freelancer and the client unprotected from unwanted events. Therefore, we are testing out services that can help people get their contracts reviewed with a simple upload.

Hi! Who is it that reviews the contracts?
Hi Jacquelyn, thanks for checking us out! It'll be an ML-assisted legal review.
Hi Amber, thanks for your answer. How do you think this review will affect the contract's validity? There may be pushback because there is no specific "legal" team to properly check the contract to see what it's missing or needed. Is there a place where we could see some examples of how this would work?
Nice idea. Could've used basic legal review of contracts a number of times, but it would've had to have worked with local law. That problem seems like a tough part to crack.
Hi Nick, interesting that you mentioned the local law - what would be some of the common areas you or your friends/colleagues need the help of?
Employment contracts of various kinds. It might be nice to review those against standard practice
