That's very useful insight! I think a lot of people are interested in coming to an event that is ready, and I've already gotten people offering to speak, which is amazing. Sure! Thanks for opening this discussion here. The thing I learned while running the group, it's hard to encourage people to do something togethe 😂. The fact that group members are queer in tech doesn't guarantee their commitment to the group. As a founder I should have thought more about online/offline meetups or some contents to give them haha. I'm still thinking what to do for the next step 🧐🧐
