Vin Collective x Israel & Palestine! Hate to play favorites but this might have been my favorite trip of all time? The wines in this region are fascinating, unexpected, and complex - not unlike the place.
A few (very non-exhaustive) takeaways and highlights:

• WINE CAN GROW IN THE DESERT! AND IT IS AMAZING!
• You cannot beat Palestinian hospitality.
• Have great car insurance and prepared for goats to swarm your car when on backroads.
• Maybe make sure you have cell service before you hike into the unknowns of the Palestinian hillsides.
• Camping on a rooftop in Tel Aviv sounds fun and is fun. It is also unbearably hot in August.

Vin Collective x Portugal! Kicked off our first Portugal trip with the most magical week in Lisbon, Alentejo, Porto, and the Douro Valley. Some takeaways: 

• Nothing beats a chilled Vinho Verde poolside
• Keep booking the hidden gems
• The Portuguese speak better English than us
• Rent a car with an amazing enging if you would like to go > 50kmp up the mountains of the Douro Valley 

Drank our way around Napa for the first time. Definitely will not be my last time there.
