Started in June 2021:

Yoga Teacher Training: 200-Hour and 300-Hour currently in progress through YogaRenew. (Will be a RYT-200, then RYT-500 once all requirements are met.)

Deepening my personal practice while learning more about the deeper origins, philosophies, and benefits of a yogic lifestyle. (Keeping my options open for possible teaching opportunities also.)
